100 Mahaseth
A skillful re-interpretation of some classic dishes with some of the best steak in the world on the blackboards.
This meat is incredible, farmed in Surin or Khon Khaen, its bursting with flavour, I particularly like the way its served with the condiments on the side of the plate to your taste.
I recommend going hungry because there are so many things you will want to try, it almost feels like a Thai version of St John!
