Him Tang Pigs Blood Soup
A tiny truck stop on the outskirts of Chiang Mai serving Laos and Isan food for delivery drivers
Him Tang is quite an incredible place, it looks like a family home with a huge open kitchen range, kids playing and some outdoor seats in case family stops by, but closer inspection shows its a whole animal (including the blood) restaurant for passing truck drivers with super cheap prices.
Recommend the pigs tail, pigs blood with makwaan soup, fermented pork and catfish, the pork intestine was very good too
