Isan Hotpot
A staple in the backstreets of Bangkok. Many of the workers in the capital come from the Isan region and they’ve brought their awesome food with them!
They use a clay pot and charcoal to boil the broth and you choose what you want to put in, similar to every other hotpot you’ve seen but adapted to be eaten anywhere (some areas don’t have much more than a very basic kitchen, if that)
