If you ever wondered what happens to the rest of the cow with so many steaks on offer, I can tell you they use it to make great local burgers in places you wouldn’t normally choose to eat! I came here because they used to do amazing charcuterie but its changed into a cafe spot and those chips were so good I didn’t mind one bit!
