A modern Fine dining culinary space that grows all their own herbs and some veggies, and uses only the best produce found in Thailand

I went during lockdown so felt the menu was tailored more towards local Thais with a slightly more european feel as thats more interesting to them, but have seen other menus that are more heavily Thai influenced for tourists too

Chef Tam is creating her own style of Thai Fine Dining so its an interesting meal to understand the different directions Thai food is now going in and the whole experience of being taken through the gardens and hearing the different ways things are cooked is something for people that have experienced Bangkok before and want to look at the next wave of chefs and their ideas.
