Old Airport Road Seafood Soup
My number one recommendation in Singapore Hawker centres!
Highly recommend the Large crayfish seafood soup, at $14/£7 its a ridiculous bargain compared to prices we pay in the West and the quality is certainly there too, excellent broth, chunks of white fish, hand made fishball, its hard to believe they can even make money!
This is the normal seafood soup pictured, I got there too late and the smart kids know, you snooze you lose, especially with the wily uncles and aunties that know what’s good, get there early to avoid disappointment (although honestly I was not at all disappointed with what I got)
